Location Last Seen: Ellis was last seen at approximately 5 p.m. at her job in the vicinity of 63rd and Woodland Ave. in Philadelphia, Pa. She was last seen picking up a delivery order but never made it to her destination.

Circumstances of Disappearance: Ellis' brown, four-door, 1995 Hyundai Elantra with Pennsylvania license plate number FDY7311 was later located on December 9, 2003, on Northbound U.S. Highway 95 in Philadelphia.

Last Seen Wearing: Glasses with plastic frames

Identifying Marks or Characteristics: Hair is braided, light-colored birthmark on side of face near temple, possible surgical scars on feet, tattoo of the name "Sylvia" on arm, pierced ears.
