Although Tyrese Gibson has worn many hats in his long career -- model, singer and actor -- we never thought we'd couple counselor to the list. However, on a recent episode of VH1's 'LaLa's Full Court Wedding,' Gibson was found doing just that to soon-to-be-married LaLa Vazquez. While discussing her upcoming marriage to Carmelo Anthony, Gibson decided to give his longtime friend a few words of wisdom regarding marriage and the company she keeps.
"Why are you not hanging out with married women, that have been married for a long time?," asked Gibson. "You can't be in the spirit of being married hanging out with all these single people. I'm not telling you to get rid of all your single friends, but they're not on the same space that you're in."
Could Gibson be referring to BFF's Kim Kardashian, Serena Williams and Kelly Rowland? The Hollywood clique has become a paparazzi staple in L.A. and are constantly spotted around town dining out.
Fortunately, Vazquez didn't take the advice as an attack on her friends.
"After thinking about everything that Tyrese said, he does make a lot of sense on a lot of things," said Vazquez.. "Marriage is definitely a big deal."
He may have a point, but last time we checked, Tyrese Gibson wasn't married either.

Football just isn't Kim Kardashian's sport.
People has reported that the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians,' star and her Dallas Cowboys beau Miles Austin have officially called it quits.
"Their busy schedule seems to have been the culprit. "There's no huge reason except their distance apart," a source close to the couple told People, explaining that the decision was mutual. "With his season and Kim's filming [her reality show] it just slowly split them apart."
The apparently were quite serious and tried their best to keep their relationship under wraps. "It was the real deal. They were always strong, but before Kim left for Europe they decided it's not fair that they don't get to spend more time together and ended it," said a source.
With a new season of football in effect, we're sure Kim K. will manage to snag herself another baller in no time.
