'Big Easy Brides': Riverboat WeddingKari, alocal "Nawlins", African American bride, wanted a parade style wedding complete with costumes, band, dolphins, everything she could cram on a riverboat that the groom could be milked for. As it turned out the groom had to put his foot down (on his wallet) and he refused a few items without informing the bride. Kari, who dressed like a black Cinderella, and not in a white wedding dress, was ultimately very happy with her big happy parade on the riverboat. When asked to recite his vows, the groom paused long and hard before giving the mandatory, "I do". The officiator reminded the groom that he had to go home with the bride so tread lightly.
