Dr. Conrad Murray and the defense team had a rough day in court Tuesday. The prosecutor played an audio recording of Michael under the influence of Propofal. Michael slurred his words and his voice was deep as he talked about all the good he wanted to do with the money he was getting from the concert promoters. Michael wanted to establish a children's hospital for millions of children. The prosecutors also showed a photo of the deceased Michael Jackson still on the gurney in the hospital and contrasted that with a photo from his rehearsal days before. The intent was to show a vibrant Michael Jackson until the allegedly negligent doctor had him in his care. The Jackson family was at the courthouse watching as the opening statements were being made to the jurors. Dr. Murray cried.
