Dr. Conrad Murray finally goes on trial for the death of Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson died June 25, 2009 at a home in the Hollywood Hills and Dr. Murray was his contracted at home physician. Michael Jackson died of an overdose of Propofol when he went into cardiac arrest after the dosage. Dr. Conrad Murray is being prosecuted for Involuntary Manslaughter in the case. The District Attorney's office believes that the burden of proof is low enough to get a conviction. Dr. Murray is not licensed to practice medicine in the state of California. The trial gets started this week in California. If the doctor is convicted he faces a maximum of four years in prison.
