Wendy and John Singleton's relationship reaches back to Wendy's radio days. John was on to promote his new movie with Taylor Lautner but Wendy got him to talk about the past. John Singleton met Ice Cube when John was working as an intern at the Arsenio Hall show. He also met Tyrese back in the day before he blew up and they stayed in touch until Singleton was ready for "Baby Boy".
