Mel B, formerly of The Spice Girls, introduces her new baby daughter, Madison. Mel and her husband did a full photo spread for LOOK magazine. Mel B tells how she actually helped in the delivery of her baby. The doctor put Mel B's hand down to feel the baby before she finished surfacing. Mel explained it was rather easy. Now comes the no sleep and feeding every three hours portion of life. Mel B heads back to the set of The X Factor in Australia. Mel says she be using Sexercise and exercise to get back into shape.
