Target's partnership with Beyoncé to provide fans with an exclusive deluxe edition of her new album, "4," has everyone dancing. Two short weeks after Beyoncé made a surprise appearance at a Target store in Harlem to help celebrate the store's one year anniversary with members of the local youth community, the retailer continues to spread Beyoncé Flash Mob Fever! Season 9 American Idol finalist Todrick Hall and a mob of dancers dressed in red and black took to the aisles of a Target store in Van Nuys, Calif., for a choreographed Flash Mob to Beyoncé's "End of Time."
