Actress Rutina Wesley of HBO's 'True Blood' dressed up to celebrate the fourth season premiere of the sexy vampire show. She stepped on the red carpet in Los Angeles wearing an intricately detailed black and creme mini dress with quarter-length sleeves and matching clutch.
