Back in February the entertainment industry was up in arms over Vanity Fair's exclusion of diversity on the cover of its 16th annual Hollywood Issue.(Read: 'White Washed: Shaun Robinson Disturbed By Vanity Fair's Blackout.')

Now BV Buzz has obtained an exclusive preview of a magazine titled FEARLESS that was not necessarily inspired by Vanity Fair's negligent blackout, but the issue certainly motivated the publisher to get the ball rolling.
"The idea to put a group of young women on the cover was thought of long before the year's Vanity Fair controversy, but after it happened, our editorial board thought it was a great opportunity to celebrate women of color who are actresses in young Hollywood," said Arian Simone, Editorial Director of FEARLESS.
On its debut issue, FEARLESS features young Hollywood ingénues Tia Mowry ('The Game ), Lauren London ('This Christmas'), Naturi Naughton ('Notorious'), Monique Coleman ('High School Musical'), Jennifer Freeman ( 'My Wife & Kids'), Kyla Pratt ('One on One'), Tiffany Hines ('Nikita') and Chyna Layne ('Precious').
"The FEARLESS Class of 2010 are young women who continue to pursue their dreams regardless of obstacles," added Simone. "These women are not just actresses; they are wives, mothers, producers, writers, etc. You name it, and they conquer it!"
In addition to the new glossy being available nationally on newsstands soon; FEARLESS will also be available in a digital format, accessible on both iPhones and iPads after being downloaded from the iTunes Apple Store.
