Cincinnati Bengal and VH1 reality show star Chad OchoCinco is letting it all hang out for the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).As a part of PETA's "Ink not Mink" advertisement, the NFL star (whose birth name is Chad Javon Johnson) shed his clothes and posed naked with only a football covering his crotch.
OchoCinco's passion for animals is the reason why he joined PETA's campaign.
"To tell you the truth, when I was younger growing up, I thought it was all fake-they didn't really kill animals. So once I found out what really happens, I had the opportunity to do this, so I really wanted to become a part of it," he said in the PETA video interview. "I'm an avid animal lover. I have pets of my own and I've had them since I was little."
The 32-year-old sports star is also featured in an "Ink not Mink" public service announcement, which in addition to an interview with the Miami-bred athlete shows graphic images of animals being tortured.
