Back in September, L.A. Laker Matt Barnes was arrested for allegedly attacking his girlfriend, Gloria Govan of "Basketball Wives." A disconnected 911 call from their home prompted police to stop by to check on the couple. When police arrived, they noticed obvious injuries, leading them to believe that the couple was in a physical confrontation with each other. They arrested Barnes on felony domestic violence charges.
According to Govan, though, the allegations were false from the beginning:
"Any accusation of domestic violence are false. My fiance, Matt Barnes, has never physically abused me or my family," she said in a statement back in September.
The charges were dropped after the Sacramento District Attorney determined that there wasn't enough proof to proceed with the case.

"The decision was made following additional investigation and was based on the insufficiency of the evidence," the District Attorney said.
"We were confident that no crime occurred and we think [the D.A.] made the right decision," Tom Johnson, Barnes attorney, told TMZ.
