I release from my my consciousness all feelings, thoughts and memories that do not serve a constructive, productive, or spiritual purpose in my life. These things I release to the Christ within and I go burden-free forward into the Light. Today is a new fresh day of release, renewal and righteous focus in Spirit. Oh way blessed I AM. Thank you God.
