Celebrity hairstylist Elethia Smith recommends using a fake clip-on hair piece to try the look out. That way if bangs aren't for you, all you have to do is take it out. Here are three easy steps you can use to re-create this fabulous look without making the commitment.
1) Make sure you flat-iron your hair until it matches the texture of the fake hair piece. For the best results use Thermastrength Style Serum by Mizani ($19.99, BeautyofNewYork.com), this light weight leave-in conditioner coats and protects your hair from heat damage.
2) Separate a good amount of hair for your bangs, you don't want them to be too thick or too thin.
3) Ask your stylist to rough cut the hair piece with a razor not scissors. If your going for Naomi's look leave your bangs straight and sleek, for Nicki Minaj's signature bangs curl the ends under.
